RATE PER PERSON (+ gst) :

✿ 5th to 12th ppl - $35 pp
✿ 13th to 24th ppl - $30 pp
✿ 25th and over - $27.50 pp
(minimum hire $200 applies)
HOW TO BOOK
Please choose one of the 'Number of Guest' category and add the total number of guests in 'QUANTITY' coloumn.
For setup of 3 to 4 people, you just need to put 1 in 'QUANTITY' coloumn as it is at flat rate.
Please see example of booking for 30 people below
You need to submit the order 4 times for each number of guest category.
FIRST: choose category 'Number of Guest : 3-4 guests' and put 1 in Quantity. Then Add to Booking List.
SECOND: choose category 'Number of Guest : 5th -12th guests' and put 8 in Quantity. Then Add to Booking List.
THIRD: choose category 'Number of Guest : 13th -24th guests' and put 12 in Quantity. Then Add to Booking List.
FOURTH: choose category 'Number of Guest : more than 24' and put 6 in Quantity. Then Add to Booking List.
Example of calculation for total guests of 30 people
- Base Rate (first 4 people) : $180
- 5th to 12th guests, i.e. 8ppl @$35pp : $280
- 13th to 24th guests, i.e. 12ppl @$30pp. : $360
- 25th to 30th guests, i.e. 6ppl $27.50pp. : $165
Total for 30 people would be $985 (+GST)
Don't worry if this confuses you. We will do the calculation for you and send quote with total number of people in the notes for booking confirmation.

For specific theme, please book as soon as possible to allow enough time to best style your party.
You may also change the full tableware option to simple tableware plus some servingware like wooden boards or cake stands.
MINIMUM HIRE $200 applies to all booking. We prioritise styling in packages, while single items are available as ADD-ON.
REFUNDABLE BOND minimum $100 is mandatory to booking. Please note that this is not a deposit therefore it is a separate payment from hire fee.
TRAVEL FEE would depend on the location, total hire and complexity of drop off/pickup. Standard travel fee will be quoted at no stairs/hills/long distance from legal parking/beach condition. No DIY or self-pickup available at the moment.
